Our history.
We started mia in 2019 to help manufacturing companies with high rejects understand and solve their problems. We started by making quality data measurable by mounting tablets at inspection stations and digitising the previously hand-collected data (tally sheet, defect collection card, Excel).
After the first version successfully digitised the data and evaluated it in real time, we integrated an easily configurable standard interface for the integration of machine data and Bluetooth sensors.
This opens up completely new possibilities for data use in mia and we set out to rethink our concept completely from scratch, asking ourselves the question: How will the staff of a factory of the future work together in the most efficient and organised way?
Today, our answer to the question is the concept for mia with ten different tools that are bundled in the miaworkbench. This allows us to offer every customer standardised individual solutions to make their own factory more efficient.
